I am PR friendly.
I am thirty-something and British born, a good old Black Country girl. I lived and worked in Dubai between 2007 and 2009 and since then have lived in Auckland after deciding to immigrate to New Zealand with my Husband. New Zealand is an amazing place to bring up a family.
I am a relatively new mum. My son is a 16 months old. And since he joined our world my life has been turned upside down, inside out and back to front all in one fell swoop. What an adventure Motherhood is!
After much consideration, I decided to resign from my job as a Special Needs Primary School Teacher and become a Stay-At-Home-Mum. It has been the best decision I have ever made. I love being at home with my son all day of every day. We get to visit exciting places, meet new people and play as much as we like. I do enjoy working as a Teacher, and I think that’s why I now love being at home. I get to do all the fun things with my own child. But best of all, no meetings and no paperwork!!!
My husband and I are just at the beginning of our family adventure with at least one more baby planned. So join us for the ride along the journey that is our family life. I will tell you all about our ups, downs, twists and turns with pure honesty.
I enjoy blogging (of course), knitting, crocheting, reading, learning to play the piano, DIY, cooking (especially baking), skiing, travelling and days out with my family.
At this moment in time, blogging is my hobby. I am very new to the blogging community and have so much to learn. But I would absolutely love it, if one day it could grow into something more.
